Do you have a MOQ (Minimal Order Quantity) for your custom logo drinkware?

Yes we do have a minimal order of $250 per order. This breaks down to around 18 items depending on the pricing of the custom logo drinkware products you are ordering!

How long is production time?

Production time will vary but our team works Monday - Friday and ship 100's of custom logo orders out every day. Standard production time is 1-2 weeks.

If you need your items faster, please add PRIORITY PROCESSING (after checking out - you will be prompted after completing checkout) for $75. Our team will ship your order out within 1-3 business days if you add on priority processing!

Will I receive a digital proof of my custom logo before my order is started?

Yes! Once you place your order and submit your artwork, our team will provide a digital mockup for you to confirm within 24-48 hours of how your custom logo will look on the drinkware!

How much is does shipping cost?

Shipping is based on weight but is normally around $1 / unit.

All orders over $1000 will receive Free Shipping!

Are these quality custom logo products?

Yes - All of our custom logo mugs are made from Premium Double Walled Vacuum Sealed Stainless Steel and customized using State-Of-Art Laser Engraving and UV Printing methods we have engineered over the past 5 years.

How do I upload my custom logo for the order?

After you place your order, your dedicated account rep will email you immediately. You should reply to that email with your custom logo, artwork, or design idea you would like on your order.

From there your account rep will provide a digital mockup for your order with your custom logo on the items before we ever run your order. We wait for you to confirm so your 100% satisfied with how your new custom logo tumblers, mugs, or water bottles will look!

Do you charge a setup fee?

No we do not charge a setup fee! We are one of the only companies in the industry does not charge a setup fee on custom logo mugs!

Are your custom logo drinkware products dishwasher safe?

All of our custom logo drinkware are vacuum sealed so we recommend hand washing the mugs, tumblers, water bottles, to preserve the integrity of the cup and promote overall longevity.

Can I order multiple colors and drinkware styles together?

Yes! You can combine any variation of colors and custom logo drinkware styles together to achieve the minimal order of $250.

What happens after my order is placed?

After you place your order we will send an onboarding email that you can reply with your custom logo or artwork file if you did not upload during the order process.

From there, our team will provide a digital mockup within 24-48 hours for you to confirm of your custom logo on the drinkware to ensure you are 100% satisfied with how the logo will look.

Finally your items will go into production (1-2 weeks on average unless expedited request) and ship via UPS.

You will receive your drinkware roughly 1-4 days after they ship depending on your location in the USA!
