How long is production time on customized apparel?
Production time will vary but our team works Monday - Friday and ship 100's of custom logo orders out every day. Standard production time is 1-2 weeks.
If you need your items faster, please add PRIORITY PROCESSING (after checking out - you will be prompted after completing checkout) for $75. Our team will ship your order out within 1-3 business days if you add on priority processing!
Will I receive a digital proof of my custom design before my customized apparel order is started?
Yes! Once you place your order and submit your artwork, our team will provide a digital mockup for you to confirm within 24-48 hours of how your design will look on your new custom apparel!
How much is shipping on custom design apparel orders?
We Offer Standard Free Shipping for all Customized Apparel Orders. If you need expedited shipping we can also accomodate this!

How do I upload my custom design or custom logo for my order?
After you place your custom apparel order, your dedicated account rep will email you immediately. You should reply to that email with your custom logo, artwork, or design idea you would like on your order.
From there your account rep will provide a digital proof for your order with your custom logo on the apparel before we ever run your order. We will wait for you to confirm the digital proof so your 100% satisfied with how your new custom T-shirts, Hoodies, or Apparel will look!
Do you charge a setup fee on custom apparel orders?
No we do not charge a setup fee for our custom apparel order! We are one of the only companies in the industry does not charge a setup fee on custom logo apparel orders!
Can I order multiple colors, styles, and sizes together for customized apparel?
Yes! You can combine any variation of colors, shirt styles, and sizes together to achieve the minimal order of $250. Each decoration technique has it's own minimal order requirements as mentioned above.
What happens after my custom design order is placed?
After you place your order we will send an onboarding email that you can reply with your custom logo or design file if you did not upload during the order process.
From there, our team will provide a digital proof within 24-48 hours for you to confirm of your custom logo on the apparel to ensure you are 100% satisfied with how the logo will look.
Finally your items will go into production (1-2 weeks on average unless expedited request) and ship via UPS.
You will receive your custom apparel order roughly 1-4 days after they ship depending on your location in the USA!
