The lid is not as good. It seems cheap and spills a lot of liquid through it. The order process was easy, but the process between ordering and shipping was a bit of a mess. I was told they had so many orders that they couldn't keep track of mine.

The engraving was done perfectly. My only issue is with the lids. They do not have any type of rubber or gasket on the sliding mechanism that closes the lid. So if the cup falls over it spills instantly. I try to use my Yeti lids on it, and it works for the most part

I was initially skeptical... In the past, I've not had very good luck with "off brand" thermal cups or tumblers... But the deal was too good to pass. I sent out logo, my account rep responded within 2 hours, got my image over to proofing, got it reworked, and had a proof over for approval in less than 5 hours total. The product I received is considerably better quality than expected. The detail on the etching is A++! I have had ample time to put this cup through its paces, and I am EXTREMELY impressed with the ability to hold heat and cold temperatures. Ice retention in the cup at 70 degrees ambient temperature was 36hrs!!!
Overall, I think that the quality of the product and the overall experience has earned Kodiak a business customer for future orders.

Great looking cup, I realized after I got it I failed to see on the approval that the phone number was not there like I asked. But ultimately on me. The kids are real good they slide shut while drinking. But other than that it’s a great looking cup and works to keep my coffee hot.
