Shipping for our Free Sample on Custom 20 oz Tumblers is $15.95 and limited to 1 per customer. This cost simply covers the shipping and box to send the mug.

Are these quality Custom Tumblers?

Yes - Our team uses industry leading proprietary laser engraving technology we've developed over the past 8 yearsfor all of our custom laser engraved tumblers and drinkware orders. The 20 oz tumblers are made of double wall vacuum sealed stainless steel construction with a durable powder coat finish. They are built to last and your logo will last a lifetime with our laser engraving process.

Will I receive a digital proof of my Logo on my Sample Customized Tumbler before the order is started?

Yes! Once you place your order and submit your artwork, our team will provide a digital proof for you to confirm within 24-48 hours of how your design will look on your free sample for your custom 20 oz tumbler engraved with your business logo or design!

How long is production time on Custom Logo Tumbler Samples?

Production time will vary on Free Sample orders, but our team works Monday - Friday and ship 100's of orders customized with engraved business logos every day. Our Standard production time on average is 1-2 weeks.

Can I order multiple samples?

This offer is limited to one free customized 20 oz tumbler per customer.

What happens after my Customized order is placed?

After you place your order, we will send an onboarding email that you can reply to with your custom logo or design file if you did not upload it during the order process.

From there, our team will provide a digital proof within 24-48 hours for you to confirm your custom logo on your customized 20 oz tumblers to ensure you are 100% satisfied with how the logo will look.

Finally, your tumblers will go into production (1-2 weeks on average) and ship via USPS which you will be notified via email and SMS.

Wow!! I am beyond impressed with every aspect of this tumbler! The quality is top-notch, and It holds the temperature of your beverage for hours! I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to hold my tumbler for long when it had boiling hot tea in it, but I felt zero warmth from the outside. It’s like a magic trick! One of my worries with personalized tumblers is always that the logo will rub off after some time, but because these are laser-etched, that logo is steadfast and not going anywhere! The color is also beautiful and I love bringing it with me to show off wherever I go.
